William Lauderman Obituary

Lauderman William C. Lauderman, 80, of Delaware, died Sunday, February 15, 2015 in Grady Memorial Hospital. He was born October 1, 1934 in Dayton to Helen and Oliver Lauderman. He graduated from Dayton university and proudly served his country as a Captain in the U.S. Army. He was a school administrator for Upper Arlington Schools for more than 25 years. A resident of Columbus for 38 years, he had resided in Delaware since 2009. He was member of Northwest Chapel of Grace Brethren Church Dublin, Masonic Lodge, Shrine, Kiwanis, Moose and John Birch Society. Following retirement he worked at OSU, was active in Willow Brook. He was a people person and his passions were God, Family and Golf. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Carolyn Sue; two daughters, Michelle Kuisel of Westerville and Rebecca (Michael) Matiscik Highland, IN.; a son, Hueston (Heather) of Worthington; seven grandchildren, Zachary, Kevin, Nicole, Shawn, Ellie, Mady and Josh; and a sister, Nancy O' Shaughnessy of Dayton. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5-8 p.m. at the ROBINSON FUNERAL HOME, where service will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. where Pastor Rob Barlow will officiate. Burial will follow in Hickory Flats Cemetery near Trenton where military honors will be conducted by the U.S. Army. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Northwest Chapel of Grace Brethren Church, 6700 Rings Rd., Dublin, Ohio, 43016. Condolences may be expressed at www.robinsonfuneralhomeinc.com
