Aaron Adams Obituary

Aaron Anthony Adams, age 52, passed away on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at North MS Medical Center in Tupelo. Born in Memphis, TN on October 20, 1972, to William Preston Adams and Nancy Leo Spain, Aaron spent his early years in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, before moving to Tupelo in August 1988. His journey was marked by determination and creativity, as he pursued a degree in drafting design and started his own professional photography business, Icon Studio Portrait Design. Aaron then married his beloved wife, Jennifer, on March 27, 2021. Together, they created a home filled with laughter, love, and countless cherished memories.

A gifted photographer, he was honored as Photographer of the Year in 2017, showcasing his ability to capture the beauty of life through his lens. His talents shone brightly in high school, where he received awards for both drafting and sports.

An adventurous spirit from a young age, Aaron excelled in BMX, winning the freestyle flatland 16 and under championship at just 14 years old. He had a deep love for cars and was an avid Mississippi State sports fan. Aaron's passion for baseball extended beyond his years as a player; he also dedicated his time to coaching, sharing his love for the game with the next generation.

In addition to his love for sports, Aaron was passionate about building connections. He was an active member of BNI, where he valued the relationships he built within the community. He also enjoyed attending the Sync Photography Conference in Destin, FL every year, where he got to share his passion with all of those around him. He attended The Orchard Church - Tupelo, where he found comfort and connection within his church family.

A talented cook, Aaron often delighted others with his grilling skills, bringing everyone together for memorable meals and laughter. He adored spending time with his family and friends, especially his precious grandbaby Rhett. His enthusiasm for life was infectious, and he had a remarkable ability to light up any room he entered. Aaron's joyful spirit was felt by everyone he met, making him a force of nature in both his personal and professional life.

He is survived by his wife Jennifer; son, Archer; daughters, Ashley (Harrison), and Audrey; grandson, Rhett; mother, Nancy Adams; brother, Joseph (Rachel); step-mother, Carol Adams; and fur babies Fatboy, Cooper, and Smokey.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Preston Adams in 2018.

Services will be held at 11AM Monday, April 28, 2025 at The Orchard Church in Tupelo with Dr. Will Rambo and Dr. Bryan Collier officiating. Visitation will be from 5-8PM on Sunday, April 27 at Mt. Vernon Chapel, 1716 McCullough Blvd and from 10AM-service time on Monday, April 28 at The Orchard Church. For those unable to attend, the services will be livestreamed on Mt.
