Barbara Penny Obituary
Funeral services will be held at Waters Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at 10:00 A. M. with Dr. Forrest Sheffield officiating. Burial will be in Winston Memorial Cemetery in Haleyville, AL.
She is survived by her husband, Billy Penny of Guntown; daughters, LaManda Clardy (Lance) of Saltillo, Diana Pinkard (Adam) of Guntown and Christina Jonelis (Jeremy) of Saltillo; (6)sisters, Brenda Hunsucker of Double Springs, AL, Teresa Hess (Stephen) of Lamar, MS, Patsy Skelton (Samuel) of Lamar, MS, Sandy Bourgeois (Ricky) of Lafayette,LA, Maudy Spille (Gary) of Southaven, MS and Angie Mathis (Lee) of Jasper, AL; brother, Tommy Hunsucker (Rita) of Lamar, MS; (4) grandchildren, LillyAnna Jonelis, Gage Frasher, Grant Pinkard and Ayden Pinkard; host of other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by parents, George and Beatrice Wright Hunsucker; first husband, Melvin May and her brother, George Hunsucker.
Pallbearers will be Adam Pinkard, Jeremy Jonelis, Lance Clardy, Tommy Hunsucker, Samuel Skelton and Chris Garrison.
Visitation will be held at Waters Funeral Home on Tuesday evening from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
