Brenda Pearce Obituary

Brenda Pearce, 81, passed away on Sunday, October 05, 2025 at the Sanctuary Hospice House. She loved her flowers, hummingbirds and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a retired bank employee, after retirement she worked at DB'S Floral in Saltillo. She was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church.

Funeral services will be held at Waters Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 08, 2025 at 1:00 p. m. with Sister Emily Sanford and Bro. Jim McClurkan officiating. Burial will be in Ozark Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Billy W. Pearce of Saltillo; son, Brett Pearce (Kristi) of Saltillo; grandchildren, Payton Pearce (Kerston) and Kelsey Pearce; sister-in-law. Margaret Spigner; brother-in-law, Woody Pearce (Belinda); sister-in-law, Connie Tallant (Bryson); several nieces, nephews and their spouses; several great-nieces and nephews; many special ladies at Wesley UMC; host of other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bruce and Dorothy Spigner; sister, Martille Askew; her twin brother, Glendon Spigner and step-brother, Bill Collier.

Visitation will be Tuesday evening at Waters Funeral Home from 5:00 - 8:00 p. m. and Wednesday from noon until service time at 1:00 p. m.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be sent to the food bank at Wesley UMC or Sanctuary Hospice.
