Robert Kennedy Obituary

Robert L. Kennedy, 61, passed away on Tuesday, November 05, 2024 at the Methodist University Hospital in Memphis. He enjoyed his job as a fast food supervisor, fishing, riding Harley Davidsons, shooting guns and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was a Pentecostal.

Funeral services will be held at Waters Funeral Home on Saturday, November 09, 2024 @ 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Russell Trimm officiating. Burial will be in the Union Cemetery.

He was survived by his wife of 36 years, Lisa Pettigo Kennedy of Dumas; His mother, Reba McVey; his father, Kemp Kennedy and step-mother, Patricia Kennedy; daughter, Alicia Robinson of AL; sons, Robert L. Kennedy, JR. of MS, Scott Kennedy of AR, Stephen Kennedy of AR, Dustin Kennedy (Karen)of AL and Blayton Lewis of MS; sister, Tina Lewis (Tom) of Alpine; grandchildren, Brooklyn Kennedy and Alston Kennedy of AL; host of other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Vikki Kennedy and brother, Ricky Kennedy.

Visitation will be at Waters Funeral Home on Saturday from noon until service time at 2:00 p. m.
