Brian and Jason,
I don't know that I ever met you all but have been planning to write you all and can't find an address. I am a cousin also and your grandparetns would come over to my Mother and Daddy's and play Rook at least once a week and Terry and my daughter who turned 64 this year would play together and I would supervise your all's playing (haha) and I loved Terry so much - he called me last year when my brother-in-law died and then 12 days later my sister died - I didn't hear from him anymore - have thought about him a lot and so sorry he struggled with cancer. I would like your address and tried to find it. so if at all possible let me hear from you all - my name Jane Johnson, 118 1/2 East State St., Frankfort, Ky 40601 Your grandfather (Herman) was a brother to my Mother.

Terry & I had many good times during our early childhood and through 6th grade. We were cousins by our Fathers Herman & Richard Roberts and spent Christmas days and most other holidays together at our Granny Roberts. Will be thinking of family and friends tomorrow as you celebrate a special man who made a difference in so many lives.

You are in my prayers. Terry was preceded in death by his parents Herman & Elizabeth, and his brother Gebus Grant. I know they were there to greet him as he went through Heaven's gates.

Terry and Pat used to run around with us in Athens, Georgia where Terry ran the Bell Brother Shoe store. I even worked there for a couple of months one summer during grad school. We played golf a few times as soon as the sun gave us enough light and we often finished before anyone was in the pro shop to take our money. We played cards on the "beach" along the Oconee River. Some beach!!! Great friend for over 50 years. Terry will be missed. I am glad I got to visit Terry twice in his last week. The family is in my prayers.

Terry - can't believe this is all real. You were such a wonderful, kind friend - our family loved you and Pat with all our hearts. That was way back about 1965 and somehow we've managed to stay in touch all these years. I know that you were so proud of your boys and your grandkids. Just know that because of your illness, Kathy and I have been able to become friends with Sam and Chrissie and hope that someday we can all get together and I will fill them with stories of you and Pat - this morning I'm thinking of the two Karmann Ghias - remember those? Love you, Terry - hug Pat for me - and enjoy being with her and being free from pain and discomfort.
