She was an amazing teacher and I´m so incredibly blessed to be one of her students. She made learning different books interesting and fueled my passion for reading. I remember staying a few minutes after class to talk to her about different books and things going on at home. She was such a kind and caring person. You could tell that she truly enjoyed teaching and genuinely loved her students.

She was a wonderful woman, who cared for her students. I worked alongside her in the theater department and she would always have an answer to my questions or be ready to help. She will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her kind soul.
