If tears could build a stairway and memories were a lane, We would walk all the way to Heaven, to bring you home again, No farewell words were spoken, no time to say good-bye, You were gone before we knew it, and only God knows why Our hearts ache in sadness, and secret tears will flow, What is meant to lose you, no one will ever know!!
The memories I have of Ryan will last forever. I find each day to be a little easier, As I know he's waiting for me. I love you and until I'm in your arms again...

Lawrence, Kay and Mrs. Flowers:

Our deepest, genuine sympathies are with you all at this time. I just read about Ryan's death and what a tragedy and shock it was. He was such a sweet, sweet child growing up. He and our daughters played together when he visited his Grandmother and Grandfather!

Please know that you all are in our prayers and please ask Mrs. Flowers to call me sometimes. I'd love to take her to lunch and see her again. I think of her so very often.

Barbara & Gil Richards

P.S. So much of Mr. Flowers lives on in our home, which he helped us build. Our daughters loved Mr. & Mrs. Flowers SOOOO very much. They were like adopted grandparents to them for many years. (Julie always stood at the fence and said: "Hello Mr. Pliers" and of course he could not hear her until your mother went and told him that he was being called. We have such wonderful memories of your parents and the love they had for Ryan.)

May Ryan rest in peace.

Love and prayers, from the entire Richards family.

Martya and family: Please allow me to extend my deepest and sincerest condolences. I know your exact heartache of losing a wonderful life way, way too early. May God bless you with the peace and reassurance that there is purpose behind everything. May your son's life be an inspiration to live, to share, and to love each day. If you ever need a friendly shoulder, please call.

LETTER FROM HEAVEN
To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say.
But first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness;
Here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I am with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through.
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you.

It's good to have you back again,
you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, They'll be here later on.
I need you here badly, you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man."

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years.
Because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry: It does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
If I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is over.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
But together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too;
That as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain;
Then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life was worthwhile.
Knowing as I passed along the way I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low;
Just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street
and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go....from that body to be free.
Remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

To all who knew Ryan I truly believe that at this horrible moments of all moments That he would want us to remember the great times with him. As I cry for the loss of my big brother I understand that he would rather everyone remember the good times. The day he taught me how to drive a car, his booming of country music, all these things made up my big brother Ryan. Let us remember the good things for he would want that. Instead of just crying, let us rejoice for his life.

We were so sorry to hear of the loss of Ryan. To lose a child would be one of the hardest things we have to face, so y'all will be in my prayers. Ryan & our daughter Lesley are about the same age (she's 1 yr older) so I know how precious he was to you. Gus & Sharron Christian & Family
