My condolences to the entire family. Mr. Sewell influenced so many lives in wonderful ways. He was a true educator. While it has been many years since I sat in his fifth grade class at Springfield Elementary School, I can still picture his smile and hear his voice and laughter. I'll never forget that he taught but also laughed with his students. May God give you comfort in knowing that he truly touched so many lives.

My son John had Mr. Sewell. John never really liked school until Mr. Sewell became his teacher. That was the easiest year we had. Mr. Sewell changed John's attitude about school! Each day John was with his was a blessing! He was an angel to our family!

I just want to send my regards to mr. sewells entire family. He taught me so much my 5th grade year. Not only education wise but just a young woman in general. Mr. sewell was a true role model of mine. He is truly a teacher I can say I loved dearly. I'll never forget his laugh. Or that he was the COOLEST teacher all the kids wanted. Or how he cook that delicious deer sausage! He'll forever be in my our hearts. Those who knew him were blessed to be touched by a man that was heaven sent. R.i.p mr. sewell your in heaven.. But never too far. See you someday sir =)
