Lomax Buxton Obituary
Lomax Buxton, age 84, of Chancellor, AL, passed away, Tuesday, March 20, 2018 in an Enterprise Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with Rev. Ryan Martin officiating. Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday beginning at 10:00 A.M. Mr. Buxton was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters. Survivors include his wife, Frances Buxton, Chancellor, AL; two sons, Ted Buxton (Cindy) Enterprise, AL, Mark Buxton (Hilda) Chancellor, AL; four grandchildren, Richard Buxton, Kansas City, MO, Ashley Oelschlaeger (Josh) Manhatten, KS, Michael Buxton, Vilseck, Germany, Kaylee Pickett, Manchester, NH; one great-grandchild, Arianna Buxton; numerous nieces and nephews.
