Loretta June Harper Lusk Loretta June Harper Lusk passed away on Tuesday, March 9, 2010. She was 81. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon Saturday, March 13 at the Greenhill Presbyterian Church with Pastor Dan McMillan officiating. Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home of Enterprise directing. The family will receive friends at the church beginning at 11 a.m. and continuing until service time. Loretta was a long-time active member of Greenhill Presbyterian Church in Enterprise and was recently elected an Honorary Life Presbyterian Woman for her loyalty, leadership and outstanding service. She was chosen Enterprise Woman of the Year in 1966, after only being back in town for one year. She served her community as a nurse at Medical Center Enterprise for over 25 years. Not only did she raise her own 5 children, but several other young men and women received guidance from her hand over the years and still affectionately refer to her as Mama Lusk. Survivors include her husband, Donald F. Lusk, Sr., Celebration, FL; children: Michael B. Lusk, Sr. (Millie), Celebration, FL, Donald F. Lusk, Jr. (Jan), Dothan, AL, Mark Lusk (Janet), Florence, AL, Patrick Lusk (Starla), Lexington Park, MD, June C. Lusk Trenkler (Martin), Dale-ville, AL; 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
