Our love and sympathy to the family of our sweet and dear Neoma who was so kind and gentle to everyone. She and her husband, Wenzell, lived with and cared for my mother, Octavia Windham, when they were newly weds for three years while I was in nursing training. She was a blessing to everyone who knew her.
