Troy Davidson Obituary
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. today, March 29, in Beulah Baptist Church with the Revs. Chris Gulledge and Gary Younkers officiating. Burial will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Cemetery in Avon.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to the Beulah Baptist Church, 3225 Headland Avenue, Dothan, AL 36303.
Mr. Davidson was born in Raleigh, N.C., and moved to Dothan as a child. He attended Houston County High School in Columbia. Mr. Davidson lived in Dothan and Webb most of his adult life. He was a member of the Beulah Baptist Church where he was currently serving as Minister of Music.
Mr. Davidson was preceded in death by his mother, Jeanine Hasty Davidson and a brother, Kenneth Shawn Davidson.
Surviving relatives include his wife, Nina Gann Davidson; a daughter, Anslee Davidson; a son, Collin Davidson, all of Webb; his father, Kenneth D. Davidson of Dothan; a sister, Wini Davidson Fletcher and husband, Ron Fletcher of Webb; his paternal grandmother, Edna Ham Carpenter of Webb; a niece, Catlin Fletcher; a nephew, Michael Fletcher; six aunts and an uncle from the Hasty family; his mother-in-law, Sula Gann of Panama City, Fla.; three brothers-in-law, Calvin Gann and wife, Debbie Gann of Panama City; Gary Gann of New Port Richey, Fla.; Phil Gann and wife, Kim Gann of Panama City; several nieces and nephews from the Gann family.
Serving as active pallbearers will be Danny Lisenby, Phillip Dodson, Mike Stacey, Ronnie Taylor, Chad May and Dr. Bruce Wozow.

I am so sorry to read about Troy's death. He has been in my prayers since you left for Birmingham. I am sure you will be lost without him, but I believe God puts everyone on this earth with a job to do. Whatever Troy's job was he completed and was rewarded with an everlasting trip to heaven. I wonder what he did when he saw our Lord and Savior? My continued prayers and thoughts will be with you and your family through this trying time. I pray for you to have God's peace.
