Edwin Mehlman Obituary
Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 14 at 11:00 a.m. at Temple Habonim, Barrington, RI. Burial will follow at Sharon Memorial Park, Sharon, MA.

My sincerest condolences to his family and friends. Dr. Mehlman was the consummate professional and truly committed to the Samuels clinic, serving the underserved at RI Hospital. So devoted to our program, he signed on early as a volunteer weekly in the clinic, and from time to time he joined us in the operating room. He was a stalwart volunteer, and the staff loved him. His contributions are far and many, including his advocacy and support for public oral health in RI. His unwavering devotion of our program throughout the years, made him a true fixture in the clinic.

To Jeff , Brian and Erik. I am profoundly sad that your dad has passed . He was like a second dad to me and I loved him dearly. Working for him was the best time of my life . He will be sorely missed by all but his spirit will never die
