Barbara Sherrill Obituary

BARBARA R. SHERRILL Entered into rest July 30, 2006 at Kaiser Hospital in Fremont, CA. Born April 11, 1939 in Oakland, CA, she was 67 years old and a Fremont resident for 41 years. She collected spoons and enjoyed crocheting, playing the piano, singing, word search puzzles and pineapple milkshakes. She was a member of Crossroads Community Church (formerly Irvington Baptist Church). Barbara was involved with singing ministry's over the years, The Trio and California Singing Church Women. Beloved wife of Paul Sherrill of Fremont, CA. Devoted mother of Sueanne Sherrill of Jamestown, CA, Michael Paul Sherrill of Tennessee and Dennis Alan Sherrill of Washington. Dearest daughter of Dorothy and Curtis Robinson of Riverbank, CA and sister of Bruce Robinson of Missouri. Loving grandmother of Tanya, Danny, Frank, Dallas, Tiara, Felecia, Stephanie, Krissy, Amy, Anthony and Trisha and great-grandmother of three. Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation Sunday, August 6th from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. held at Berge-Pappas-Smith Chapel of the Angels, 40842 Fremont Blvd., Fremont. Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 7th, 11:00 a.m. at the mortuary. She will be laid to rest at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery, Gustine, CA. For further information, please call:
