Dan Allen Norris
a.k.a. Bones
December 24, 1957 - July 17, 2002
Dan Allen Norris, age 44, resident of Oroville, passed away on July 17, at Oroville Hospital. Dan was born on December 24, 1957 in Richmond, California to Helen and Clarence Norris.
Dan graduated from Richmond Union High School in 1974. He married his wife Sharon on August 23, 1986. Dan was a loving dad to three daughters and a true friend who will be missed by many. He loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting, diesel trucks, all his many animals, and spending time with his family.
His wife Sharon of Oroville survives him, as well as three daughters, Meredithlee Genosick of Reno Nev., Christine Tong of El Cerrito, and Stephanie Lighter of Marysville, two grandchildren, son in laws, Thomas Ryan Genosick and Matthew Tong; mother Helen King of San Pablo; father and his wife, Clarence and Carol Norris of Redding; three brothers, George Norris, John Norris, and Clay Norris; two sisters, Joanne Norris and Cheryl Knight; three step sisters, Cherie Lynn Norris, Terri Norris, and Charla Nita Norris. Dan was preceded in death in 1985 by his brother Clarence Norris, Jr.
Services for all family and friends will be held Sunday the 28th of July at 1:00 at Wilson and Kratzer Mortuary, 13644 San Pablo Ave., San Pablo.
