Resident of Fremont
Edward Henry Baldini passed away peacefully on March 31st at the age of 81. Born in San Francisco on August 17, 1932 to Walter and Rita Baldini.
Beloved husband of Claire Baldini who was the love of his life. Devoted father of Paul Baldini of Fremont, and Christina Lear and husband Shawn of Hayward. Cherished grandfather of Cheyenne Williams of Newark and Braydon Baldini of Fremont.
Ed was a teacher at Washington High School, Newark, Newark Memorial and Principal for the Adult School in Newark, and a member of Corpus Christi Church, SIRS, and an alumni of San Jose State University. He loved camping, fishing, gardening, wood working, and restoring antiques.
Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Friday, April 4th from 4:00 - 8:00 P.M. with a 7:00 P.M. Vigil at Berge-Pappas-Smith Chapel of the Angels, 40842 Fremont Blvd., Fremont, CA. A 10:00 A.M. Mass of Resurrection will be held on April 5th at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 37891 2nd St, Fremont, CA. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 26320 Mission Blvd., Hayward.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances can made to the charity of your choice.

Ed was my wood shop teacher at Newark High School. What a great teacher and mentor. He was very kind and patient. Had a big impact on my life.

It saddens me to lose a colleague, friend, and neighbor. My heart goes out to Claire and the rest of Ed's family. "Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and may perpetual light shine upon him."
