Sister in Law Harriet, John 14:1-3-Let not your heart be troubled:ye believe in God,believe also in me. In my father's house are many mansions; if it were not so I would have told you;I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you unto myself; that where I am ye may be also.
My prayers are with you in your loss. Truly God is an able God who will always comfort in times like these. Know this my sister and the rest of the family, that our dear "Bro. Chuck" is in a better place prepared by God and not by the hands of man. God bless you!

I sat next to Chuck on his last day, just like all the other days I saw him, we greated each other went about our business laughed about something watched and listened. Chuck never just took up space he shared and occupied it very well. I still hear his voice echoing in my head when I think of him. We are all blessed to have known him. Thank you Chuck!

We are all faced with a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, perhaps just one more special mother-son, or brother and sister moment together. We may not understand why he left this earth so soon, or why he left before those that loved him were ready to say good-bye, we do understand that in our time of sorrow, the heart won’t allow us to release and let go; but little by little, we will begin to remember the beauty of his passage, it was not that he died, but that he lived.
Do not dwell upon is death. Celebrate “Buggy’s” life; He has left each and everyone of you with your own special memories, memories to beautiful to forget.
Cherish them, laugh out loud, cry as if you never cried before, and always remember, although you have lost him in the flesh, the love you have for one another will forever live on.
My family have known Ms. Ola, “Buggy”, “Linda Rae, Ronnie and Kenny for close to 48 years; our families have been entwined, and continue to be from generation to generation. My heart too, is heavy, and hurts beyond explanation. While it is difficult today, to see beyond the sorrow, I know peace will come in the days ahead.

There are a many people who come & go in our lives. A few touch us in ways that change us, making us better from knowing them. Chuck made that difference, and for that i am grateful. I thank God for allowing me to see chuck and embrace him a few days before God called him home. I will charish that day and all the memories that I have with chuck. He is loved and will be missed. From his sister in law.

Harriet,
There's a saying that God never gives us more burdens than we can bear, and if that is true then god must know you're very, very strong because this surely hasn't been an easy time for you. I will keep you lifted up in prayer. You are a child of God. He made you. He loves you and will not forsake you, and that i know for sure! So hang in there my dear sister, keep your faith and know that you are loved. Robert, myself & the kids send our love. from your sister.

W.O.T.D:NKJV Ecclesiastes 3:2-9
To everything there is a season,
A time for every purpose
under heaven:
A time to be born,
And a time to die;
A time to plant,
And a time to pluck what is planted;
A time to kill,
And a time to heal;
A time to break down,
And a time to build up;
A time to weep,
And a time to laugh;
A time to mourn,
And a time to dance;
A time to cast away stones,
And a time to gather stones;
A time to embrace,
And a time to refrain from embracing; A time to gain,
And a time to lose;
A time to keep,
And a time to throw away;
A time to tear,
And a time to sew;
A time to keep silence,
And a time to speak;
A time to love,
And a time to hate;
A time of war,
And a time of peace.
Sweet Dreams Uncle Chuck. I love you & I will miss you very much.

Chuck will be sorely missed by all at GGT. He and I along with 12 others were in class together at GGT and graduated Bus Operators in May 1990. It is really hard to lose a classmate because the bond is a little deeper than just him being a co worker. My prayers are with Chuck and Deborah's Families and with the Golden Gate Transit Bus Operators, it is hard for all of us. Chuck was a very special person and all his passengers loved him, he always had a kind inspiring word and was always upbeat. We will miss him very much. He is with the Lord celebrating in glory.

This is so hard to soak in! My prayers are with Chuck's family and friends. Chuck is another mighty, faithful, man of God who is loved by many and will be greatly missed. I know Chuck by being apart of the the Golden Gate Transit family and every time I saw him he would always ask how I was doing and the family. He would always give me encouraging words. He was very gentle and kind. I trust God will give peace, comfort and strength to all that knew and loved him. Keep your faith in God and know we will see him again some day in Heaven! God Bless!!!

I would like to express my deep sorrow for your loss. Chuck was someone I considered a friend at work. He was a great co-worker. There were only good things said about him when he was mentioned.
I will miss talking to him about golf and his singing, especially the Temptations.
I know that he was religious and he is in a better place.
