Dosber "Heavy" Cuyler, 78, of Monticello passed at Brynwood Health and Rehabilitation Center in Monticello on Monday, March 10, 2025. Funeral services are 2 p.m. Sunday, March 16, at Sweetfield M.B. Church, with burial in Springfield Cemetery in Lloyd, Fla. Born in the Lloyd Community, "Heavy" worked as a professional logger for several area logging companies. He also was a gifted mechanic and long-time member of Springfield M.B. Church. He leaves his love and legacy to his loving sister, Rebecca Cuyler; special nieces, Lois Cuyler and Pamye Footman; and a host of other loving relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leroy Sr. and Fannie Odom Cuyler; sister, Eula Griffin; brothers, George, Leroy Jr. and Johnny Cuyler; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
