Jacob Kraemer Obituary
He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and past president of the Kane County Chapter of VIetNow.
He is survived by son, Jacob V of Woodstock; Shannon Moreno of Carpentersville, Stacy Kraemer of Algonquin; and grandsons, Elijah and Teigen; also sisters, Karen (Larry) Chesney of Algonquin, Mary (Ben) Baran of Albuquerque, Pam (Kevin) Ennis of Albuquerque, Terry (Scott) Buckingham of Albuquerque, Kim (Mike) Brocklehurst of Albuquerque, and Mindy Castillo of Albuquerque; also many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jacob III and Leona.
Services will be held in Albuquerque on Thursday, at 1:30 at the Biopark.
