Michael R. Dersch Sr., 76, passed away on Oct. 25, 2023, peacefully at his home in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Born in Elkhart, Indiana, he was the son of Robert M. Dersch and Dorothy A. Quandt. He attended White Pigeon High School, Class of 1965, and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps.
He will be remembered for his great sense of humor, generosity, and his love of storytelling.
He is survived by his sisters Cynthia Dersch, Debra Burkey and Laura Dersch, and his children, Michael R. Dersch Jr., Fallon Zornes and Stephanie Dersch.
To honor Michael's memory, a celebration of life will be held on May 4, 2024, at 918 W. Chicago Road, Sturgis, MI 49091, from 4 to 6 p.m. We invite anyone who knew Michael to attend and remember his life.
