CARLOS CORELLA

Carlos Jesus, a native/resident of Clint, TX, passed-on February 1, 2017 at age 83. He graduated from UTEP in 1963 and became an accountant for several local companies, and an auditor for Ft. Bliss. After graduating from the Treasury Law Enforcement Academy (D.C.), he became a Federal agent with the IRS Intelligence/Criminal Investigations. In his 80s, he continued an active lifestyle of jogging daily and competing annually in the Senior Games. He was preceded in death by his parents: Gabriel Corella and Antonia Corella de Trujillo; son, Gabriel Corella II; sister, Sara Hurtado de Corella; and brother, Fernando. He is survived by his BELOVED wife: Irma Corella, sons: Ron and Carlos Jr., daughters: Yvette and Carol Ann, and brothers: Raul and Hector. A Memorial Visitation will be held from 5:00- 7:30pm on Monday, February 6, 2017 at Crestview Funeral Home with a Vigil/Rosary to begin at 5:45pm. A Committal Service will begin at 11:30am Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
