I grew up next door to the Lopez family, and still recall Cesar in diapers!
It's hard to believe yet another Lopez boy has passed away, and cannot fathom the heartache Mrs. Lopez is suffering. Though we lost touch after I married, we had the occasion to say hello whilst visiting our respective mothers. Cesar was always friendly. My sincerest condolences go out to his family, his mother & brothers.

Cesar was a man who stood for what he believed in. He was the man responsible for a huge part of my development in business. He was definitely part of my success in my early life and the man who first hired me. C-Lo you are missed my brother, may God give your family encouragement in your absence.

So very sorry to hear about Cesar's passing. I played baseball against him in high school and later was his softball teammate. No second baseman was ever faster at starting or finishing a double play. Amazing guy.

I can stiill remember loading Mr Nardine's truck with all the neighborhood kids and playing baseball with at Memorial Park back in the mid 70"s and there Cesar "truck " Lopez with his curly hair happy as can be. Truck was his nick name Mr. Nardine gave him for being a strong kid for his age. Good Memories friend. God Bless you and go play some baseball in heaven.

My condolences to the Lopez family. I was an opponent of his in his baseball playing days at Tobin Park and at Irvin, and I had respect for him as a ball player. He was a great competitor with outstanding sportsmanship. Cesar, may you rest in peace.
