Mr. Rincon was the reason I made it through Marian Manor. Without him I would have never been able to get through the hard times I had in school and go on to high school and finally to UTEP where I will graduate from. I have always had dreams of helping students as Mr. Rincon helped me all those years ago. One of my happiest times was being able to enroll my own daughter and having Mr. Rincon be there at Marian Manor with her just like he was with me. Same ol Mr. Rincon, he helped her just as much as he helped me, before now my saddest moment was Mr. Rincon leaving Marian Manor for a much deserved break when he retired not being able to attend his service just kills me, I have never and will never forget what Mr. Rincon did for me and my daughter. My prayers are with his family and those he was able to help all those year in the school system. He was a great man. Thank you Mr. Rincon for everything you did you will be missed.

It was a pleasure to have worked with Mr. Rincon. I was one of the YTY Coordinators newest employees to the Escuelita. Mrs. Rincon's interest was always to provide the best for the students that attended Escuelita. His passing will be greatly felt at the YTY Program "La Escuelita".
