RAUL CEBALLOS Obituary

Raul Ceballos, 59, of El Paso, Texas, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 5, 2012 after a long battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Manuel Ceballos and brother Jimmy Ceballos. Raul adored his children and grandchildren and was a constant in their lives. He worked hard to provide a loving home for his children. He raised three wonderful individuals who will carry on his legacy of always being willing to lend a hand or an ear. Although our time with him was cut far too short, he remains with us and his memory will live on in all those that had the wonderful opportunity to meet him. Raul was an incredibly caring and loving man who enjoyed spending time with his family whom he loved with all his heart. He would do anything for them without hesitation, one only had to ask, and he was also quick to treat his family to his dry sense of humor. He had many varied interests, and he especially loved to watch the Dallas Cowboys play. Although he was a man of few words, he had no problem getting his point across. Raul is survived by his mother, Antonia Ceballos, his daughters, Charlene and Monique Ceballos (Emil Gonzales) and his son, Rudy Ceballos, his grandchildren, Celeste Gallardo, Sebastian Gallardo, Nathan Flores, Emil Gonzales, Evan Gonzales, Justin Ceballos, and Camilla Ceballos. He is also survived by his siblings, Ruben (Debbie), Louie (Sandra), Charlie (Connie) and Fred Ceballos and sisters Ofelia Hernandez, Martha Garza (Rudy), Carmen Zeller (George), and Gloria Cuellar, as well as his many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other friends. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at 1:00pm at Mt. Carmel Funeral Home.
