Frances Rozman Obituary

Frances Rozman Obituary
Frances Rozman "Fran" (nee Devich) age 97, of Minnetonka, MN, passed away peacefully on April 10, 2025, surrounded by family.
Born in Ely, Minnesota, to Frances and Louis Devich, Fran was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Louis and Tom; and her husband, John Rozman.Fran and John were married in 1948 and shared a loving partnership that shaped their family and values. She spent most of her life in Mounds View and the last 17 years in Minnetonka. She is survived by her children, Tom Rozman (Dina) and Mary Hall (Alex). Grandchildren include Julia (Casey), Claire (Ian), Ellyn (Nick), and Matthew, children of Tom; and Andrew, Rachel, Isabel, and Anna, children of Mary. She was also a proud great-grandmother to Kylie, Dax, and Madison, children of Julia and Casey; and Emilie, daughter of Claire and Ian. Fran loved being near the lake, bird-watching, gardening, puzzles, and spending time with her family. Her holiday meals-especially her stuffing, salad, and cloverleaf rolls-will be fondly remembered. A family gathering will be held in Ely, Minnesota on April 18 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages you to enjoy a peaceful moment by the lake or watch the birds-just as Fran would have.
