Linda G. Warofka

Linda G. Warofka, age 65, of Fairview, passed away peacefully, on Thursday, January 8, 2015, at her home.

She was born in Cleveland, Ohio, on April 27, 1949, the daughter of the late Orville and Margaret Troglin Martin.

Linda graduated from North Olmsted High School in Cleveland, Ohio.

She held many positions during her lifetime, but her most prized titles were that of a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and traveling.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an aunt, Bessie Troglin.

Linda is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Dale Warofka; two sons, Scott Warofka and his wife Kerry of Jacksonville, Fla. and Matthew Warofka and his wife Barbie of Pittsburgh; daughter Michelle Warofka of Erie; and a brother, Robert Martin and his wife Debbie of Boston, Mass. She is further survived by four grandchildren, Derek, Aaron, Gavin and Alaina.

Friends may call at the Burton Funeral Home, 525 Main Street East, in Girard, on Sunday, January 11th from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., and are invited to attend a funeral service on Monday, January 12th at 10:00 a.m., in the All Faith Chapel. Burial will be at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
