I got to know and become good friends with Mary when she approached me about starting a "Comfort Shawl" program for VNA Hospice. It was her idea to name the program, "Debbie's Shawls" in honor of her neice Deb Loss who had died. I loved our talks and lunches together. I feel honored to have been a part of Mary's life! She was a very special lady!

Mary was an amazing woman. I got to know her through my Mom and I am so grateful for that. I will always remember her for her smile, her strong will and her kind and giving heart. You will be missed, Mary. Rest in peace. XO

Mary was a charming, sensitive, intelligent person, who gave a tremendous amount to the community in so many ways. I only knew her for a short time, but I shall remember her always. Sleep well, Mary.

I had the honor and privilege of gettting to know Mary while she was one of my wonderful volunteers. She always had a word of encouragement, a hug and a smile for me - no matter. I will miss seeing her and having such great conversations at our lunches. Rest in Peace, Mary, you more than deserve to. Many will miss you

Mari was a wonderful, warm woman and I remember her fondly through Hanover Little Theater. She was a person of great character and grace, and was an all-around great lady. The community has lost a bright, bright light -- my sympathies to all who knew her, loved her, and will miss her.
