Patsy Wolfe, 76, passed peacefully Tuesday July 18, 2017 at her home. Born Feb. 23, 1941 in Unicoi, TN, she was the daughter of the late Manuel and Verna Bailey Buchanan. She was the wife of 56 years to Joe Donald Wolfe.
Patsy was a member of the Manchester Baptist Church. Patsy's interests included, traveling to her second home in Potter County, PA, spending time with family, children and grandchildren, her collection of Longaberger Baskets, she was an avid quilting and card stamping enthusiast and enjoyed her devoted dog, "Biscuit".
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are children, Michael Wolfe and wife, Melanie and Lisa Sichelstiel and husband, Karl, all of Manchester, MD; grandchildren, Joseph and Hannah Sichelstiel, Rachel and Landon Wolfe; step grandson, Robert Sichelstiel. She is also survived by her siblings, Judy Garland of Hanover, David Buchanan of TN, Rosalie Long and Brenda Scott, both of Hanover.
The family will receive friends at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel P.A., 3296 Charmil Dr., Manchester, MD on Friday, July 21, 2017 from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Saturday at Manchester Baptist Church, 2933 Manchester Baptist Church Rd., Manchester, MD from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. Interment will be in New Lutheran Cemetery, Manchester, MD.
If desired, donations may be made to Carroll Hospice, 292 Stoner Ave., Westminster, MD. 21157.
