Tim and Herb provided a mare and foal for one of the very first MD horse expos, then held at PGEC. I rode the mare sidesaddle as the foal followed along, exhibiting the signature gait of the TWH. ( about 1985). As we would train in the indoor, everyone wanted to try out the sidesaddle, including Tim! I was also fortunate enough to ride WGC Handshaker's Delight.
My condolences to the Little and Sterner families.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Brenda and the family. Last year at the mill was made so special to us as Tim brought a lot of the "characters" out of the mill so we could have our picture taken with them. That's the kind of guy he was. He loved to see others having a good time. Rest in peace now Tim. From The Knaub sisters, Sheila, Carla, Deannie, and Trema.

Just so you know Tim; Brenda and I were really nervous and a bit anxious on Opening Night, but it was a beautiful night and we did OK. It's weird you not being out there with your overalls and Haunted Mill hat on walking back and forth looking for loose change in the stones, and asking what do you have to snack on? The little things are what we hold onto...and make us smile and shed a tear! I know you and your brothers and having fun and getting into trouble somewhere. Love and miss you...

Sad to hear of Tim's passing, I have many fond memories of the Sterner Farm. The pond with the swing was always fun. Big family but always room for any of us who showed up for dinner. Tim had me help with the horse and buggy he brought to school to come on stage for the Oklahoma musical. Lots of good memories to hold on to. Condolences to the family during this tough time.

My brother, Randy and I, lived down the road from the Sterner's growing up. Their farm was so much fun in the summer - swimming, horseback riding, motorcycle riding, and Tim was a real character...lighting firecrackers and having Sam the bulldog bite them out, picking corn (that wasn't totally filled out yet) and hauling us kids up town to sell it...only to have grandpa s come reprimand us...what memories!! My thoughts and prayers go out to Tim's family.
