Frederick Facker Obituary

Frederick Emerson Facker, 91, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, passed away February 9, 2019.
Born to Harold Fay and Jessie Jewel (Menifee) Facker in Shamrock, Oklahoma, he was preceded in death by his parents, his stepmother Dora (Trindle) Facker, his sister Bettie Shobe and her husband Earl, and brothers Jack and Bill Facker and his wife Rose.
Fred is survived by Constance Mildred (Maxey) Facker, his loving wife of 69 years, his brother Dick Facker of Drumright, Oklahoma, and his sister Mary Ann and her husband Jack Clark of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; his son Mike Facker and wife Cindy of Independence, Kansas, daughter Debbie and her husband Terry Zanovich M.D. of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and son Daniel J. Facker, Sr. and his wife Marilyn of Austin, Texas; his grandchildren Fred and Mary Facker, Nancy and Jeremy Pearce, Ben and Allison Facker, Andy and Cassie Zanovich, Emily and William Looker, Ginger Raye and David N. Wilding, Daniel J. Facker, Jr., Lukas R. Facker and Jackson Wu, Schuyler T. Facker, Carson E. Facker, Darin and Lindsey Zanovich, and Amy and Jeff Pruitt M.D.; along with 18 great grandchildren with a 19th on the way, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Fred served in the U.S. Air Force before attending Baker University and Oklahoma A&M University, eventually earning his CPA. He loved camping at the lake, riding motorcycles with his children, fishing with his grandkids, and working in the garden on his farm. He was active in the church and spent many years involved with numerous charitable organizations. He is loved and missed by all who knew him.
A visitation will be held at Stumpff Funeral Home, Tuesday, Feb. 12, 3 – 5 p.m. in Bartlesville. Funeral services will take place at East Cross United Methodist Church, Wednesday, Feb. 13, at 10 a.m.
In lieu of flowers the family requests charitable donations be made to CONCERN.
