Korri Moler Obituary

A memorial balloon release was celebrated on November 21, 2018 to honor the beloved Korri Moler, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, who departed this life at the age of 25. Korri was by all accounts, the oldest victim of Infantile Neuroaxonal Dystrophy and the only known Oklahoman with the rare genetic disease. She remained strong and courageous throughout her long battle with the disease INAD. Her brain was donated to the Brain Bank in Portland, Oregon for INAD Research.
Korri is survived by her mother Angela Morvant of Bartlesville; brother Keith Morvant and wife Jessica; sister Kelly Thibodeau and husband Jerred; nephews Johnathan, Lincoln and Ezrah; nieces Kynsli and Everlee; two aunts and many cousins.
She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents Don and Judy Morvant of Milton, Louisiana and paternal grandparents Carl and Barbara Moler of Milton, Louisiana.
The family wishes to extend sincere gratitude to Brian Schexnayder, Chaplain of Bartlesville Police Department and Sr. Pastor of Bartlesville Baptist Temple for delivering the eulogy in her honor.
Korri was very loved and will be greatly missed by many. Balloons from family and friends who cherished her were sent off to the skies where she will never be forgotton.
Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.

Korri came into our family when my daughter married her father. Korri was a very special person, her step sisters loved to take care of her, they would kiss and hug her. When my mom was alive she would hug korri and give her a big kiss.
