Matthew Williams Obituary
Matthew Mose Williams was born June 3, 1984 in Port Charlotte, FL to Nina Caron Williams and Frank Albert Williams, Sr. He passed on August 15, 2010 at his home in Bartlesville, OK.
Matt's first years of life were in Florida, Texas and Arkansas. In 1998, he moved with his mother and brother to Bartlesville and graduated from Bartlesville HS in 2001. Matt received his telecommunications certificate in Tulsa, OK and was employed at Holtz Electric/Telecommunications.
Matthew was a gifted artist who enjoyed drawing, hunting, fishing, his friends and his family. He was loved by all who knew him and he brought joy into every life he touched. His children adored him and they all wanted to be just like him. He loved the children more than anything. He made them feel very loved and comforted them. He was the best brother anyone could ask for and was always there when you needed him. His nephews felt he was a great uncle who never passed up the opportunity to play with them They loved tossing the football back and forth and jumping on the trampoline with him. He was well known for his quick wit, amazing smile and great sense of humor.
Matt and his wife Brandy, who is a cosmetologist, were married in 2008. Matt was dedicated to their family and proud of their new home.
Matt is survived by his wife, Brandy Williams, his son Michael, step-son Pierce and his step-daughter, Emily. His mother, Nina Williams of OK, his father, Frank Williams of TX. His mother and father-in-law; Alma and Paul Skube; two brothers and five sisters; Marcia and husband Alan Harden of OK, Judy and husband David Manzelmann of NY, Angie Malone and husband of TX, Tonya and husband Paul Gould of OK, Frank Williams, Jr. of TX, Louie Williams of OK, Erica and husband Jason Peryea of NY. Nieces and nephews; Samantha, Natasha, Ciara, Jacob, Frankie Lee, Matthew, Andrew, Christopher, Alyssa and Halle along with his grandfather Mose Caron, several Aunts and Uncles.
Matthew was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Katherine Russell Caron, Ruth (Williams) Hollaway; and grandfather, Henry Williams.
Matt's viewing is for family members only. We wish to thank everyone for their kindness and generosity of words and meals. The outpouring of love, friendship and prayers has been amazing.

Miss my baby brother on a daily basis. I miss him popping in to see me and chat it out. Lots of deep conversations along with lots of laughs. He loved me for me and we always "kept it real". Smooches and big hugs to you. I miss your big hugs and even bigger smile.

I think of him daily. His love and compassion are genuinely missed. I am just blessed to have so many wonderful memories. So many nights we would do nothing but hang out on the porch and smoke cigarettes til the early morning. He was the most candid and real person I have ever known. No one could hold a candle to Mattayo :D I MISS YOU.
