Aria Aleen Renea Burroughs, 13, of Blue Springs, Missouri, formerly of Winfield, Kansas, passed away January 6, 2026.
Born October 18, 2012, in Winfield, she was the daughter of Tyler Phillip Charles Burroughs and Adriana Renea (Saavedra) Rogers. She was raised and educated in Winfield, Wichita, and Derby, before moving to Blue Springs, Missouri. She was active in the band at school playing the flute. She enjoyed arts and crafts, especially drawing. Her greatest joy was dancing. She began competitive dance in Winfield and was currently a member of Monarch Conservatory in Blue Springs. Aria wanted to be remembered in the sunsets, beaches, ice cream, makeup, perfumes, candles, the color pink, fields of flowers, God, bows, sunflowers, Kansas, and Megan Moroney.
Her family includes her mother Adriana Renea Rogers and husband, Kyle; her father Tyler Phillip Charles Burroughs and wife, Brandy; her siblings, Camden Burroughs, Bennett Burroughs, Dominik Vansickle, Aubrey Vansickle, Leah Rogers, and Sophia Rogers; her grandparents, Nick and Mitzi Burroughs; Darlene Windham; Sam and Victoria Tapia; Art Saavedra; Pam and Joe Jagodzinski; and her great grandparents, Jeanie Krug; Bunny and Darlene Krug; Phil Rapp; Charles Burroughs.
Aria was preceded in death by great grandparents, Aleen Rapp, Marla Burroughs, Inez Saavedra, and Gene Saavedra.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at Miles Funeral Service in Winfield. The family requests that those in attendance wear pink. Private interment will take place at Highland Cemetery. A visitation is scheduled at the funeral home on Monday from 4 to 8 P.M. The family will greet visitors during this time.
