Melvin Riddell Obituary
Mr. Riddell was born on October 11, 1940, to Sammy Riddell and Ruby Lemarr in Cowell, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his wife Joan Riddell, both parents, and 2 half-brothers.
Left to cherish his memories are his daughter, Jodie Daniel and husband, Matthew, of Grain Valley, Missouri; sister, Lucinda Hampton and her husband, Clyde, of Pelsor, Arkansas; 2 half-sisters; 4 half-brothers; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other special friends and family.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, May 23, at the Chapel of Memories Funeral Home, 30000 Valor Drive, Grain Valley, 816-463-4030. A second visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to noon, followed by funeral services at noon, on Tuesday, May 24, at the chapel. Interment at Swan Lake Memorial Park.

So sorry for your loss Jodie. Mel was a great man, who loved supporting you and young bowlers in general. We always appreciated him and his relationship and kindness that he shared with Danielle. She always looked up to him and cherished the time he took for her. Thoughts and prayers to you and your family during this difficult time.
