NANCY GREENLEE Obituary

NANCY OLIVE GREENLEE Nancy Olive Greenlee, 93, a resident of Blue Springs, Mo., passed away peacefully Monday, December 2, 2024, at John Knox Village Care Center in Lee's Summit, Mo. She was born July 23, 1931, to Henry and Sarah (Cornett) Greenlee in Liberty, Mo. Nancy was a 1949 graduate of Blue Springs High School. She spent her 30 year career working as a floor manager for Sears Catalog Fulfillment Center in Kansas City, Mo. Nancy was Methodist by faith. She enjoyed gardening, hiking, traveling, and reading. She cherished spending time with family and friends. Nancy is survived by: niece-in-law, Marye Parker of Blue Springs; two great-nephews; few very wonderful friends and lots of very nice people over the years. Nancy is preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Elsie Miller, Dorothy Jackson, Herbert Greenlee; nephews, James Parker, John Parker Jr. Nancy will be cremated per her wishes. Inurnment will take place at Blue Springs Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wayside Waifs Donate | Welcome to Wayside Waifs Arrangements have been entrusted to Meyers Funeral Chapel in Blue Springs.
