Blaine Greseth Obituary

Faribault - Blaine Greseth, age 88, of Faribault, died on Friday, April 4, 2025, at the Owatonna Hospital.

Memorial services will be held at First English Lutheran Church, Faribault on Friday, April 11, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. with the Reverend Mark Johnson, officiating. Visitation will be at church for one hour prior to the service on Friday. Interment will be at Maple Lawn Cemetery, Faribault.

Arrangements are being completed by Boldt Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Faribault.

Blaine Orlando, son of Orville and Judith (Harstad) Greseth, was born on May 1,1936, in Veblen, SD. Blaine married JoAnn Henry on September 22, 1956. He started working at McQuay in 1955 and retired in 2001. Win or lose, Blaine was a loyal Minnesota Vikings fan. He was a proud owner of a 1955 Chevy, his only new car.

He is survived by his wife, JoAnn; children, Michael Greseth of Faribault, Lynn (Timothy) Bailey of North Mankato; grandchildren, Brandon (Anna) Flom of Waterville, Ryan (Jennifer) Trench of Maple Grove; great-grandchildren, Liam, Londyn, Jasper and Memphis Flom, Thomas Trench; brother, Larry Greseth of Faribault.

He is preceded in death by his parents.
