Owen Berg Obituary
Owen Richard Berg, 57, of St. Kilian went to his heavenly home on Monday November 23, 2015 at his home with his beloved family gathered around him. He was born in Waupun on May 4, 1958, the son of Arthur and Beverly (nee Colburn) Berg. Owen graduated from Lomira High School and worked as a diecaster at Mecrury Marine. He married Dawn Marie Gavin on November 27, 2010 in Fond du Lac. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Lomira. Owen enjoyed woodworking, building, motorcycles, restoring cars, country music and in his younger years hunting and fishing but most important to him was spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include his wife Dawn, his children Michelle (Rick) Nett, Stephanie (Chad) Beekman and Derek (Jeano) Berg, his step children Heather (Mike) Behm, Dale (Johanna) Butzke and Dustin (Heather) Butzke, his grandchildren Caleb, Chase and Stephen, his step grandchildren Kevin, Jessica, Karah, Sam, Taylor, Kyle, Adam, Austin, Codi, Autumn, Trevor, Jordyn, Gavin, Elizabeth, Izaiah, Eli and Wesley, his step great grandson Zander, his siblings Eugene (Debra) Berg, Rodney (Alice) Berg, Doug (Judy) Berg and Bonnie Reed, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Owen was preceded in death by his parents.
A celebration of Owen's life will be held on Saturday December 12th at 1:00 PM at Swede's St. Kilian Inn, W4103 St. Kilian Dr, Campbellsport. Memorials are appreciated to Cancer research or Hospice Advantage.
