Thomas Coburn Obituary

Coburn, Thomas R.

Thomas Ralph Coburn, age 73, of Fairwater, WI, passed away on Monday, April 7, 2014, at his home with his loving family by his side after courageously fighting lung cancer.

He was a graduate of Geauga County High School and went on to serve our country in the United States Navy. In 1964, he was united in marriage to Norma Elaine Vis, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Ripon. Tom worked as a truck driver and he was a member of American Legion Post # 378 of Brandon/Fairwater; and also Scout Master Markesan Troop 728. Among many interests he enjoyed fishing, camping and the outdoors.

Tom will be missed greatly in Fairwater. I will miss his sense of humor and I always looked forward to his opinions on any subject. I will miss his straight forward openness. He will be missed by all his fellow veterans. My heart felt condolences to all of the Coburn family.
