Deborah Norway

Deborah Norway, 74, of Fulton died Thursday September 18, 2025 in Crouse Hospital. Deborah was born in Fulton the daughter of the late Arthur and Arlene (Ostrander) Norway. She was a past employee of Tessie Plastic of Baldwinsville. Deborah loved her family, especially her grandchildren, she was a proud grandmother always taking pictures. She also wanted to keep the family traditions alive by cooking and baking, all the recipes passed down from generations, and she enjoyed reading a good book. Deborah is survived by her children Jason Norway of Fulton, Joshua Painter of Fulton, and Elizabeth "Lizz" Painter of Fulton. She is also survived by her grandchildren Jolie, Royce, Abraham, Isabella, and her siblings Jean Marley of GA, and Margaret (Harry) Eaton of SC. Graveside services will be Thursday, 9:30 at Mt. Adnah Cemetery. The Sugar Funeral Home Inc., 224 W. 2 nd St. S., Fulton has care of the arrangements.
