Loving father, grandfather, and brother; 66
LEOMINSTER -- Jose A "Tono" Toledo, 66, of Leominster, died peacefully on July 10, 2014 surrounded by his loving family.
Jose was born in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico on November 11, 1947, the son of the late Miguel Toledo and Ramona Martinez. Mr. Toledo moved to Leominster in 1965 where he worked in the plastics industry for many years until retiring due to illness. He loved jibaro music, playing the guiro, enjoyed food, and watching WWE wrestling. Most of all Mr. Toledo loved spending time with his children, grandchildren, and great-grandson.
He leaves his children, Wanda Toledo and her husband, Jose Vargas, Omayra "Molly" Preville and her husband, Larry Preville, and Jeannette Pastor and her husband, Luis Pastor, all of Leominster. He leaves his son, Luis Toledo and his wife, Maria Toledo of Fitchburg, and Elizabeth Toledo and her husband, Robert Rosado of Lunenburg. He also leaves 12 grandchildren, one great-grandson, four brothers, two sisters; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He is predeceased by his parents, Miguel Toledo and Ramona Martinez, his brothers, Jose Miguel Toledo and Herman Toledo, and his grandson, Elijah Preville.
TOLEDO -- A Graveside Service will be held Tuesday, July 15, 2014 in St. Leo's Cemetery, Lancaster St., Leominster, MA at 10:00 a.m. Calling hours and funeral services will be held Monday, July 14, 2014 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. in Wright-Roy Funeral Home, Inc., 109 West St., Leominster, MA.
