Dear Senora Ralph,Chris,Jim,& Steve,
Your family has always been a special part of my life and helped to give me wonderful childhood memories, whether it be carpooling to school, or learning a second language in school! As I got older, I realized what a dry sense of humor Mr. Ralph had, even if he was a "brainiac" and into physics. I can still remember his comments sneaking up on you and making you laugh, although he would act serious and give you that straight face, but then slightly turned up his lip to let you know he was present and aware. He sure was patient and kind with all of us as we were growing up and I am grateful for that. I hope your loss will be met with peace and happy thoughts.
Love to you all!

Dearest Marie and family,
May your hearts be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. Jim certainly enriched our lives for over 30 years. At every function, party, or chance meeting, Jim was so very cordial and quick to bring a short tale of an experience to bear on the occasion. Jim was a great story teller of space lore who quickly captured everyone's attention and made us all feel we had been there, too. He was the penultimate host as well as a gracious and humble servant to his church and to MCC. His three sons are a magnificent testament to his nurturing. Jim's love for Marie was ever-present, everlasting, and inspiring. Mission Accomplished Jim - a life well lived.
Our Deepest Sympathy,
Bob & Kathy Gotshall

We met Jim through Chris and our daughter Jill and know him to be one of the kindest of gentlemen.
The intelligence and accomplishments he had were always in the background and we knew him as a father and grandfather who cared about his family.
We will miss him at the Thanksgiving dinners and family outings.
God bless you.
