You were a true light in the lives of those that knew you! Your charm, wit, knowledge, compassion, humor, and all around probably the best tech I have ever worked with can never be replaced!! You most certainly made my life better for having known you! I believe you are an angel that protects us all! The love you had for your wife and children, cannot and will not be measured! I consider myself very lucky and fortunate that I can recall all the special times and phrases we shared! While to some it’s not significant but to me, you are and always WILL be THE LIGHT!

I will:
Yell your name
Be the the smoke to your mirrors
Never be able to identify a song with 1 note
And try as hard as I can to be as good as you ever were! You are Loved, missed, and you will never be replaced! Your life will always shine in me and I will never forget you! All my Love now and forever, Your Smoke!

I had the great pleasure of working with Jim, although for a short period time. I was instantly drawn to him and his easy way with people. He was a rock in a very hectic work life and I will always be grateful for the time I had there at Holmes because of Jim. I can't come close to expressing how sorry I am that this disease took another life way to early. Jim will live on through all that worked with him, as we will repeat his one liners on a daily basis. God bless you and your family in your time of sorrow.

I miss Jim always yelling "Helen!" when he came to get a patient from prep. I knew that I was loved. When we made a video a few years ago, Jim was part of it. Watch the video A Day Through the Eyes of Pat Smith on Youtube from 3:38 to 7:18 for clips of Jim interacting with our "patient".

Jim will always be remembered in my life. With kindness and patience, his knowledge was a gift in my career. His humor always kept me going on some of the longest days of my working life. He gave of himself in so many ways. The world is a bit emptier.

To the Zwolensky Family

I have had the pleasure of working with Alyssa for her sports performance training and within that time I become great friends with the family. I will say Jim is one of the kindest people I know. His love for his family was truly noticed in all aspects from traveling to games, to training and taking the time out to just talk about life and making a joke or two. The Zwolensky family really treated me like family and I will be forever grateful. Thank you Jim for being a great role model for being a father and person. May you Rest in Peace and know you and your family fought diligently. God Bless.

Tracey and family,
Please accept my condolences. I have the privilege of sharing Dj and as such we are family. Nothing can ever be said to ease this or change the outcome. Jim was a really special man. His big heart and love of children come first to mind. I pray that the angels that escorted him home return for all of you and help with the healing and missing him. Blessings to follow all of you.
