James Joseph Zwolensky April 27th, 2016 at home, 59 passed away at home surrounded by loved ones in Rockledge, FL., after a short battle with brain cancer. Jim was the beloved husband of Tracey Zwolensky for 17 years. Born in Owosso, Michigan, he was the son of Joseph and Betty Zwolensky. Jim graduated from Ferris State University. He was a Cardiac Cauterization Technologist at Holmes Regional Medical Center In Melbourne, FL.

Jim loved to watch his youngest daughter play volleyball, he loved all types of music, playing one of his many guitars, playing softball and golf. He also, loved to be around his family. Jim will be remembered for his love, kindness and dedication to his family and his work.

Jim is survived by his wife Tracey, daughters, Alyssa, Rachel (Ben), Sara (Eric), Darcey and Christen, his sons, DJ (Paige), Correy (Jess), Fernando, Ivanildo, Reginaldo and Marcillo. He is also survived by his sisters, Betty Jo Zwolensky and Mary (Phil) Caruso, and ten grandchildren. He was preceded in death by both parents and son Alexandre.

His Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 7th at 11 am at the East Coast Christian Avenues Worship Center, 85 Richland Avenue, Merritt Island, FL 32953.

Memorial donations maybe made to the National Brain Tumor Society, Defeat Glioblastoma Research Program in Honor of James Zwolensky.

You were a true light in the lives of those that knew you! Your charm, wit, knowledge, compassion, humor, and all around probably the best tech I have ever worked with can never be replaced!! You most certainly made my life better for having known you! I believe you are an angel that protects us all! The love you had for your wife and children, cannot and will not be measured! I consider myself very lucky and fortunate that I can recall all the special times and phrases we shared! While to some it’s not significant but to me, you are and always WILL be THE LIGHT!

I had the great pleasure of working with Jim, although for a short period time. I was instantly drawn to him and his easy way with people. He was a rock in a very hectic work life and I will always be grateful for the time I had there at Holmes because of Jim. I can't come close to expressing how sorry I am that this disease took another life way to early. Jim will live on through all that worked with him, as we will repeat his one liners on a daily basis. To the Zwolensky Family

I have had the pleasure of working with Alyssa for her sports performance training and within that time I become great friends with the family. I will say Jim is one of the kindest people I know. His love for his family was truly noticed in all aspects from traveling to games, to training and taking the time out to just talk about life and making a joke or two. The Zwolensky family really treated me like family and I will be forever grateful. Thank you Jim for being a great role model for being a father and person.
