Christopher Keith Obituary

GENEVA - Christopher Keith, age 57, of Hawaii passed away suddenly on Friday September 6, 2024 at his home in Hawaii.

Family and friends may call on Sunday (October 6) from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the McGuigan & Bero Funeral Home 45 High St. Geneva. Services with Military Honors will follow calling hours at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. A celebration of life will follow the service at a location to be determined. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.

Memorial contributions can be made in Chris's name to Tunnels to Towers Foundation or a charity of your choice.

Christopher was born on December 31, 1966 in Geneva, the son of the late Richard and Shirley (Corrigan) Keith.

Chris graduated from Geneva High School and attended Cazenovia College before serving for 10 years in the US Army. His military service took him to Germany, the Middle East and the US. A former resident of New York, Chris chose to live in much warmer climates, including Las Vegas, Arizona, Texas, and his current residence in Hawaii. He trained and worked as a BMW technician, his dream job, before accepting a position as a satellite communications specialist. His witty humor and impeccable comedic timing garnered friends far and wide, and served him well in the position of younger brother to his three sisters! Chris was an avid traveler and ranked Thailand and Spain as his favorite countries. Christopher will be sadly missed by all.

He is survived by his sisters, Rebecca Keith of Boston, Mass., Robyn Whittaker of Rochester, N.Y., Kimberly (Talbert) Bentley of Ovid, N.Y.; stepbrothers David (Debbie) Eannetta of Waterloo N.Y., Paul (Kathy) Eannetta in Fla., Terry Eannetta and Tracy Eannetta both of Calif.; nephews Harrison Leavitt, Ian Keith and Kieran Bentley; nieces Trisha (Mike) Sarno and Mary (John) Conley; and many friends.

Christopher was predeceased by his father, Richard Keith; his mother, Shirley Eannetta; stepfather, Bill Eannetta; and nephew, Jordan Leavitt.
