Corinne Wegam - Stanley Obituary


Rochester - Passed away on Friday (August 2, 2013) at the age of 78 surrounded by her loving family. Family will receive friends 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Monica's Church, 831 Genesee St., Rochester, N.Y. 14611. Interment, St. Rose Cemetery, Shortsville, N.Y.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations may be made to the Church.
Corinne attended Clifton Springs High School. She went on to achieve her cosmetology license and then her LPN. Corinne worked as an LPN up until her becoming ill 2 months ago. She had a natural eye for beauty and loved to decorate and sew. She also loved to travel.
She is survived by her husband, Tyrone; her children, Chris (Sherry) Cascini, John Cascini and Celeste (Craig) Andrews; also her two step-daughters, Aaronda (Reginald) Clarkson and Tylesia (Rodney) McDowell; sisters, Lorraine Lutz and Eileen Wegman; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren; cousins, nieces and nephews.
Corinne was predeceased by her parents, Walter and Josephine Wegman.
