Cornelia Muilwyk Obituary
Friends and family are invited to a graveside service at 11 a.m., on Tuesday (October 1) at Elmwood Cemetery in Lyons.
Cornelia was born in Sodus, NY, on May 28, 1932, the daughter of the late Abram and Dina Almekinder Nevelizer. She was a Registered Nurse at several places over the years, retiring from the Wayne County Nursing Home as a Nursing Supervisor. For many years, she was the organist at the Grace Bible Presbyterian Church in Sodus Center. She enjoyed gardening and traveling with her husband Marinus.
Connie will be sadly missed by her children: Diane (Craig) Muilwyk Clemons, Eddy (Jackie) Muilwyk, Patty (Rick) Bell, and Chrissy (Mike Burt) Checho; grandchildren: Melissa, Jackie, Lee Hodges, Jesse, Lauren, Gareth, Mitchell, and Cassidy; several great grandchildren; a sister, Kathleen Muilwyk; a brother, James Nevelizer; a sister-in-law ,Peggy Nevelizer.
She was predeceased by her husband Marinus on August 13, 2024; two sisters: Susanna (Carmen) Peer, Mary (James) Mortimer; a brother, Abram Nevelizer; a sister-in-law, Nancy Nevelizer.

My deepest condolences to you on the loss of your parents. They were wonderful neighbors and I've always appreciated how tidy they kept the farm.
