Derrick Lich Obituary
Derrick was born on October 1, 1977 in Norfolk, Nebraska the son of Terry D. and Darlene Groteluschen Lich. He worked as a project engineer for Costich Engineering in Rochester, N.Y. Derrick and the former Julie Alessi were married on June 1, 2002 in Canandaigua, N.Y. Derrick had a passion for Pal-Mac Lacrosse and Nebraska Football. He enjoyed building things and exploring craft breweries. His greatest joy was his wife, sons and family.
Derrick is survived by his wife Julie Lich; sons Riley, Peyton and Carson Lich; father Terry Lich; mother Darlene Groteluschen Lich; sister Angela Svoboda; brothers Brian Lich, Curtis Lich and Chris Lich; mother-in-law Nancy (Tom) McGrath; father-in-law Tom Alessi; brother-in-law Mike (Jen) Alessi; several nieces and nephews and many friends including the Maple Avenue Crew.
In honor of Derrick, Please wear Pal-Mac Red or casual clothes to the service.
