Ellamae McLaughlin Obituary
The family will be present to receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, (March 4) at Seneca Community Church, 5738 Route 96, Romulus. A Memorial Service will immediately follow at 1 p.m. at the church. The family would like to extend a thank you to the Trumansburg Volunteer Fire Department, Trumansburg EMS, Ithaca Fire Department, Interlaken Fire Department, South Seneca Ambulance, and Bangs Ambulance for all of their assistance and request that any donations be directed to any of these departments in memory of Ellamae.
Ella was born in Ithaca on April 15, 2013. She attended South Seneca School District where she was currently in fourth grade. Ella could be feisty and stubborn but was a sweet, happy girl who was full of giggles and was always smiling. She was empathetic and caring towards all her friends, always looking out for her friends.
She is survived by her parents, Adam and Kymbra McLaughlin; sister, Makaila McLaughlin; half siblings, Jonathan, Bobby Eugene, Jasmine, and Marci; paternal grandmother, Debbie Powell; paternal grandfather, Bill McLaughlin; maternal grandmother, Sharon Tyler; paternal grandfather, Brian Welch; great grandmother, Peggy Powell; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

My daughter had the privilege of being Ellamae's 2nd grade teacher. She often told me cute stories about her. She was a sweet loving little girl! We all have a beautiful guardian angel ! I pray God will give you peace and comfort.

I did not have the privilege to of knowing Ellamae . I do know that she was way too young to not add her beauty to our lives. I guess God wanted to see her more often. Even God can be stingy.
