Erin Mangan-Isaacs Obituary
A Memorial Service for Erin will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday (October 4) at the R.A. Patrick Funeral Home, 26 West Main Street, Clifton Springs. At the family's request, unvaccinated individuals are asked not to attend. Masks will be worn by all in attendance.
Burial will be at the convenience of the family, in South Farmington Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to Donate Life or UR Medicine Kidney Transplant Program, in Erin's memory.
Erin was born March 31, 1979, in Canandaigua, N.Y., the daughter of Thomas and Elaine Mangan. She was a special education teacher at Midlakes for 19 years. Erin had a passion for baking and a great sense of humor. Her infectious laugh will be missed. But most important to Erin was her family. She was a loving daughter, wife, and the role she cherished most, mother of Collin who was her entire life.
Erin will be sadly missed by her husband, Aaron; son, Collin; parents Thomas and Elaine Mangan; mother-in-law, Susan Isaacs; sister-in-law, Michelle Wagner; family dog, Archie; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Erin was predeceased by her father-in-law, Melvin Isaacs; and brother-in-law, Jon Wagner.
Erin's family would like to extend a special Thank You to Donna Aceto and Amber Craig for their selfless gifts to Erin.
